- Open Train → Exercise library.
- Search for a name, muscle or piece of equipment.
- Use Muscle, Equipment and Pattern to narrow the results.
- Tap an exercise to see its detail.
Use instructions while training
Exercise detail contains the available exercise guidance. During a workout, the how-to control opens guidance for the current exercise. Some exercises have an instructional loop; others do not.
Keep your own exercises
The plus control in the library creates an exercise. The Yours filter shows the custom exercises you have added. If a search has no match, you can also create an exercise from that result.
